What's different versus the G3?

Counterbalanced Smith Machine

A counterbalanced smith machine counteracts the weight of the bar that allows you to lift the true weight of the weight plates you put on the bar without any extra math to factor in the weight of the bar.

1:1 Cable Pulley Ratio

The functional trainer cable pulley ratio on the Force USA G9 All-In-One Trainer is 1:1 which means that the weight you load is the true weight you will be lifting. This allows you a heavier weight limit which in turn helps establish a bigger max. Compared to the G3 that has a 2:1 ratio, you can use fewer plates to get the equivalent weight which makes set up, transitions, and tear down much faster and easier.

Power Rack

Whether you want to bench or squat, we’ve got you covered. Adjustable commercial grade J-Hooks allow you to vertically adjust heights when lifting or squatting and are designed to handle heavy loads while also protecting your barbell.

Functional Trainer

The Functional Trainer and cable crossover allows you to perform over 75 different exercises. Includes 6 functional trainer attachments for the ultimate strength training workout. Features 16 adjustable height positions to perform shoulder, arms, chest, back, core, and leg exercises. Dual cable pulley system that each connects to weight plates with two 12” sleeves that hold up to twelve 2” thick plates. Fluid cable movement via commercial grade pulleys and 6.2mm nylon coated mil-spec aircraft quality cables that are tested to 2,000lb. The pulley systems are easily adjusted vertically on the structure using just one hand.

Smith Machine

Innovative counter-balanced commercial grade Smith Machine and guide rails prove ultra-smooth and natural movement. Premium safety catch allows you to max out your training without requiring the need for a spotter. The included Smith Machine bar features grip knurling for a solid–yet comfortable–feel.

Vertical Leg Press

Force USA offers the only Functional Trainer of its kind to include a leg press attachment that you can use either on a bench or when in use on the floor.

Chin-up Station

Ergonomically designed multi-grip chin up and pull up station with a massive 772lb weight rating. Knurling grips positioned for classic grip, hammer grip, wide grip, narrow grip, and pronated grip.

Dip Station

The Multi-Grip Dip Handle attachments provide different width options for you to choose from. Adjustable height for use with weight belts or resistance bands.

Core Trainer

Includes an attached landmine station that is suited for all types of rotational torso training and allows for a wide range of upper body training when using a barbell (sold separately).

Low Row

The vertical leg press attachment also transforms into a low row station footpad that combines with either side of the cable pulley system and delivers a full-body workout. Strengthens and tones your upper and lower body simultaneously.

Suspension Trainer

The suspension trainer station provides a wide range of exercises, including core strength, stability, and muscular endurance, with one piece of equipment. Features a dedicated suspension trainer stirrup station that grants access to over 50 exercises, including inverted rows, push-ups, and more. Compatible with resistance band packages from Force USA, TRX®, and others (sold separately).

Leg Developer (Optional)

Never skip leg day again! Isolate the Quads, Glutes, and Hips with the optional Leg Extension and Leg Curl attachment. Made with durable high-density sweat-resistant foam. Attaches to either upright. For use with or without a bench.

Jammer Arms (Optional)

Perform Bench Presses, Shoulder Presses, and other explosive work with the new Jammer Arm attachment. Finished with a high-grade environmentally friendly black powder coating for added durability.
