XI Console

The xi console is simple to navigate whether you choose something as simple as Quick Start or one of the advanced workout.  You even have the option of connecting to SmartLink which is as simple as turning on an app. You can choose what level of technology you'll use to fuel your workout. 

Choose from three different placement options for your iPad, – Watch, Read or Surf. The large display screen displays all your workout data simultaneously.

Octanes exclusive SmartLight signals how hard you’re exercising, when you’re in your target heart rate zone,reparing you for the next interval in a Workout Booster or CROSS CiRCUIT.

The Q37 features pedal spacing of only 1.8", so your body is properly aligned, which helps minimize pressure on the lower back. Because your body feels  good during workouts, you will be more likely to stay on longer and stick with your fitness program.

Upper-Body Ergonomics
The patented, Converging Path and MultiGrip handlebars engage the upper body to fit every exerciser comfortably.
With MultiGrip handlebars, arm, chest and back muscles can be targeted simply by changing your grip. These unique Converging Path handlebars follow a more natural path of the arms when walking or running.

Space-Efficient Design
The Q37 frame is shorter than many other elliptical machines and treadmills. It fits virtually anywhere in the home. With a low step-up height and easy rear access, the Q37 is simple for everyone to get on and off safely. 
Low ceilings are not an issue since the clearance is only 8" higher than the user's height.  An 8' ceiling would allow a user of approximately 7'-4".
