SmartStride
This feature automatically adjusts the machines stride length to replicateyour own personal walking, jogging or running stride. When you walk, you have a shorter stride. When you start running, your stride lengthens. This makes your elliptical feel comfortable, and adds variety and challenge to your workouts.Stride length is adjustable from 18" - 26". The Q47 frame is shorter than many other elliptical machines and treadmills. It fits virtually anywhere in the home. With a low step-up height and easy rear access, the Q47 is simple for everyone to get on and off safely.
Low ceilings are not an issue since the clearance is only 8" higher than the user's height. An 8' ceiling would allow a user of approximately 7'-4".
