      People who often partake in exercise on a regular basis note that they feel more stress free and experience less anxiety throughout the day. Regular physical activity can also help to relieve depression and anger.

      It helps you keep healthy and fit.

      Without activity and exercise the body loses its strength and you will not be able to have the stamina to do tasks and function at a high capacity. Exercise allows people to keep the feeling of their youth as they age by keeping their muscles in shape and retaining strength.

      Being more active can help you:

      • lower your blood pressure
      • give you better levels of cholesterol
      • give you better blood circulation
      • help keep weight at a healthy level

      Exercising can also help you live longer than those who do not exercise regularly. Studies have shown that keeping fit when aging have slowed down chronic illnesses and diseases that come with age in some cases.

      Also it can help your doctors visits end on a much nicer note and keep those large bills from piling up that come with any sort of medical condition. Some of which can be a result of lack of exercise.

      Recommendations Exercises for Adult

      Get at least 2 hours of moderate aerobic exercise per week.

      Examples of light aerobic activities are:

      • brisk walking
      • dancing
      • gardening
      • tennis (or most sports)
      • biking

      Examples of tougher aerobic activities:

      • hiking uphill
      • running
      • swimming
      • heavy yardwork
      • jumping rope

      Add some resistance band workouts or weight lifting at least 2 days a week.

      Spend less time sitting. Even light activity can be very helpful at getting rid of bad habits that can lead to more serious issues.
